Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Adstro Media S.R.L., Ginta Latina 21, Chisinau 2044, Moldova ("ClapperLab", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ClapperLab generates video from your prompts and settings. Access requires a paid plan; there is no free tier. Plans include a monthly credit allowance, and credits are consumed when you generate.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret.
• One account per person or organisation unless we agree otherwise.

Billing

Plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

30-day money-back guarantee

If ClapperLab is not for you, email hello@clapperlab.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form, no argument. The guarantee covers your first payment on a new account, once.

Unused credits do not roll over past a cancelled subscription and have no cash value.

Your content and who owns what

You own the videos you generate and may use them commercially — including in paid advertising and for clients. You keep the rights to anything you upload.

You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your content, process it through our generation providers, and show it back to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for the content of your prompts.

Acceptable use

You may not use ClapperLab to create or distribute:

• Content that impersonates a real person, or depicts them without their consent — including deepfakes and synthetic likenesses.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content of anyone.
• Material that harasses, defames, or incites violence against a person or group.
• Deliberate disinformation, fake news, or content designed to deceive about health, elections, or finance.
• Anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Malware, phishing, or fraud.

You also may not resell raw access to the service, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

The API

Every plan includes API and MCP access, subject to per-plan rate limits. Keep your keys secret — usage on your key is billed to you. We may change rate limits with notice.

Availability

We work to keep ClapperLab running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove something significant we will give you reasonable notice.

Generation depends on third-party AI providers. Output quality varies, and a generated video may not match what you pictured. If a render fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Consumer rights you have where you live are unaffected.

Changes

We will email active users before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use ClapperLab afterwards means you accept the new terms.
